Lisa's Journey
My own journey with the Reiki practice and the benefits in my life has given me insight into the importance of all around health and wellness. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to your quest for whole health. This journey began for me once I was able to have an open mind to alternate wellness that was not defined by mainstream mindsets.
Wellness Experience
I discovered Reiki many years ago and have since completed my Master Reiki and found it was life altering for me. Again, it is more towards healing the energy, healing the past, accepting events and working through for growth and evolution. I have always included this practice as a continuation to my health and wellness routine. Whole health is multifaceted and includes your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. I would love to be a part of your journey.
